For example, you can place an order by sending a
Voice Order saying "Can I get two of your
finest wines for a birthday party?". The
restaurant or store will create a Custom Order
for you to check, edit and confirm.
A Custom Order is simply an order a restaurant
or store creates for you based to your
preferences expressed in a voice recorded
message.
Our platform is open 24/7 to our customers and partners. However, we allow our delivery and merchant partners to choose their own work schedules so they might be closed at some point.

Scoco Package allows you to request for a delivery rider to transport your items from one place to the other while tracking the progress of your delivery in real-time.
First, you need to fill in the details of your order which includes the pick up and drop off addresses, and recipient details. We will instantly connect you to the nearest available delivery rider right on the app. Then you meet the delivery rider with your item for delivery and that's all. You can monitor the progress of the delivery in real-time on a map on the app.
All items sent via Scoco Delivery must be items
permitted by state law and regulations.
Violations of this will be reported to the
authorities and will lead to the termination of
your account.
Detailed instructions for a successful item
delivery are given for you to review and accept
which
includes item weight and value
limits prior to creating
your order.
Your package will most likely not be
delivered if you do not adhere to those
instructions.
The pick up and delivery of your order can be tracked on a map with estimated time of arrivals on the app.
Your items are delivered on the same day and in
a few minutes depending on the distance between

You can then remove some of the suggested items

Yes, you can. Voice Orders are similar to normal orders on the app except that in this case, the restaurant or store creates the order for you.
