The app works by providing users with access to a curated selection of restaurants and stores, where they can browse offerings, select items, customize orders, and complete transactions securely through the app.

Once an order is placed, it is dispatched to the merchant for preparation and delivery to the customer's location.

Scoco Delivery continues to expand to many cities around the globe. The easiest way to know if we are available in your area is to download our app or if you are a merchant or rider, begin the partner application process.

Restaurants and stores interested in joining our platform can sign up as merchants through our website

We welcome new partners and provide support and guidance to help merchants get started and grow their business through our platform.

As an innovative platform, we provide our customers with the ability to place orders from restaurants and stores using voice recorded messages through a feature called Voice Orders.

For example, you can place an order by sending a Voice Order saying "Can I get two of your finest wines for a birthday party?". The restaurant or store will create a Custom Order for you to check, edit and confirm.

A Custom Order is simply an order a restaurant or store creates for you based to your preferences expressed in a voice recorded message.

Our platform is open 24/7 to our customers and partners. However, we allow our delivery and merchant partners to choose their own work schedules so they might be closed at some point.


Our app offers a diverse range of options, including food and beverages from restaurants, as well as groceries, household essentials, and retail products from stores.

Yes, delivery is available for all orders placed through the app.

Scoco Package

Scoco Package allows you to request for a delivery rider to transport your items from one place to the other while tracking the progress of your delivery in real-time.

First, you need to fill in the details of your order which includes the pick up and drop off addresses, and recipient details. We will instantly connect you to the nearest available delivery rider right on the app. Then you meet the delivery rider with your item for delivery and that's all. You can monitor the progress of the delivery in real-time on a map on the app.

All items sent via Scoco Delivery must be items permitted by state law and regulations. Violations of this will be reported to the authorities and will lead to the termination of your account.

Detailed instructions for a successful item delivery are given for you to review and accept which includes item weight and value limits prior to creating your order.

Your package will most likely not be delivered if you do not adhere to those instructions.

The pick up and delivery of your order can be tracked on a map with estimated time of arrivals on the app.

Your items are delivered on the same day and in a few minutes depending on the distance between the sender and the recipient.

We provide detailed information on the distance and estimated delivery time in real-time on the app prior to creating your order.

If you encounter any issues with your item delivery, such as delays, damaged items, or missing packages, it's essential to contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring that your item reaches its destination safely and on time.

Voice Orders

Voice Order is an innovative feature on the Scoco Delivery App that allows users to place orders from restaurants and stores using voice-recorded messages.

Instead of typing out your order, you can simply speak into your phone and let the restaurant or store create a custom order for you.

Navigate to the restaurant or store's profile on the app. On the upper right corner is a button with a microphone icon. Simply tap on it and record your message explaining what you're looking for.

Try something like, "Can I get two of your finest wines for a birthday party?". The restaurant or store will create a custom order for you to check, edit and confirm.

Voice Order allows users to place orders for food from restaurants as well as purchase items from stores. Whether you're craving a specific dish from your favourite restaurant or need to restock groceries from the store, Voice Order makes it easy to place orders using voice messages.

Voice Order is available for all stores and restaurants on the app.

After sending a Voice Order, the restaurant or store will create a custom order and send it to you on the app to peruse.

You can then remove some of the suggested items or increase the quantity.

Yes, you can. Voice Orders are similar to normal orders on the app except that in this case, the restaurant or store creates the order for you.

Delivery Partners

To become a delivery rider with us, simply visit our website and navigate to the "Sign up to deliver" section. From there, you can fill out an online application form with your personal details and relevant information. Once your application is submitted, our team will review it and contact you with further instructions.

Common requirements typically include having a valid photo ID, access to a scooter or bike, a smartphone with GPS capabilities, and the ability to pass a background check. Additional requirements may apply, so be sure to check our website for specific details.

You must be 18 years and above in order to apply.

While previous delivery experience is beneficial, it is not always required. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and provide training and support to help you succeed as a delivery rider.

As long as you meet the basic requirements and are willing to learn, we encourage you to apply.

As a delivery rider, you'll enjoy flexible working hours that allow you to create your own schedule. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, you can choose the hours and days that best fit your availability.

With our platform, you have the freedom to work as much or as little as you like.

As a delivery rider, you'll receive orders and manage deliveries through our dedicated rider app. The app will notify you of incoming orders, provide directions to the pickup and drop-off locations, and allow you to communicate with customers and support staff.

Delivery riders typically receive payment for their services on a weekly basis. Payments are usually made via direct deposit or through the rider app. Specific payment details and schedules will be provided during the onboarding process.

Listing your restaurant or store on our platform is easy! Simply visit the "Become A Merchant" section of our website, click on the sign up button and fill out the online registration form.

Once submitted, our team will review your application, and upon approval, you'll gain access to our platform to start showcasing your offerings to customers.

We welcome a wide variety of restaurants and stores to join our platform, including but not restaurants of all kind, grocery stores, cold stores, wine shops, pharmacies and gift stores.

Whether you offer food, beverages, groceries, or retail products, we'd love to partner with you to expand your reach and grow your business.

It's completely free to get started on our platform. We however charge a small percentage of each earnings you make on the app. This is calculated and made explicit to you on the app.

As a registered merchant, you'll have access to a dedicated dashboard where you can manage your menu or product listings, update prices, add new items, and make changes as needed.

Our user-friendly interface makes it easy to keep your offerings up-to-date and showcase your best products to customers.

Orders from customers are typically processed and fulfilled through our platform. When a customer places an order, you'll receive a notification through our merchant app.

You can then prepare the order according to the customer's specifications. When you're done, we provide you with a single button to request for the nearest available delivery partner to deliver the other.
